Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number (4 digits) and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping label link once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

We operate a straight-forward 28 day return policy. We allow 14 days for you to notify us of a return via the returns portal and a further 14 days for us to receive the return.

  • Must be in the original condition, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging, with all tags present
  • Include your original invoice
  • We do not offer refunds on our Outlet items

Are there any charges for my return?

  • An admin fee of £4.00 will be deducated from your refund upon processing your return
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded
  • For returns outside the UK, you will be liable for your return and cost through your desired courier

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10-15 working days of us recieving your item.
