Product availability

The Liena team always do their best to ensure our website is up to date with correct availability of stock. In the event of supply difficulties, we will notify you as soon as possible and can offer a full refund on any unavailable items.

Order cancellation

Once your order has been placed, our Liena team always aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed with us, however we want all our Liena customers to have a trusted shopping experience with us.  Your choices are instinctive, but sometimes the item just isn’t quite right, so we offer a 14 Day Returns Policy for a full refund (exclusions apply).  For more information, please visit our Returns Policy.


We send our pieces with love and care to our valued customers.  We hope you have discovered precious items to cherish forever.  However, if anything doesn’t meet your high expectations of a Liena garment, or if you would like to exchange an item, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund (exclusions apply).   To make the process easy and hassle-free, for purchases from inside the U.K we are pleased to offer a Royal Mail Prepaid Returns Label on request for any items that are not quite right.

Our 14-day returns policy includes bank holidays and weekends and commences from shipping date. If you return your order outside of this period, we will issue you with a Liena Credit Voucher for the purchase amount of your returned item/s.  Sale items are not eligible for refund however we are delighted to offer you a Liena Credit Voucher for any returned sale item/s to the value of your original purchase amount.  We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you would like to exchange any item/s, please return them via the standard returns process and place a new order for a different size or colour as desired.  Please ensure you include your Returns Note in your parcel to enable us to find your order and process your return swiftly.

Defective products

We pride ourselves in the quality of our garments. However, should you receive an item that is unwearable, please contact us as soon as possible. We will examine returned product and if this is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund using the original method of payment.

Terms of sale

If you purchase a product from Liena, this represents you are of legal age to form a binding contract. Information provided must be true and accurate and you must be or have permission from the authorised user of the payment method provided.

Liena reserves the right to accept or decline your order regardless of whether the order has been processed.

Once your order has been placed, you are responsible for original shipping charges as well as applicable custom and duty import fees.

We try to ensure our product images are true to colour. However, due to screen variation, the colour of the garment may slightly vary to the actual product.


All product images, material and intellectual property rights are owned and copyrighted by Liena. If you do not have our written consent then under no circumstances are you permitted to distribute, replicate or use our material.
