Where is my order?

We carefully pack and dispatch all Liena orders within 48 hours of receipt. We know you are excited to receive your items and start enjoying them. Please see expected delivery timeframes from our delivery partners below:   Occasionally, for reasons outside of our control, orders may take slightly longer. How do I return an item?

We send our pieces with love and care to our valued customers. We hope you have discovered precious items to cherish forever. However, if anything doesn’t meet your high expectations of a Liena garment, or if you would like to exchange an item, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund (exclusions apply). For our U.K customers we are pleased to offer a Royal Mail prepaid returns label on request for any items that are not quite right.

How do i cancel or amend my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed with us, however we want all our Liena customers to have a trusted shopping experience with us. Your choices are instinctive, but sometimes the item just isn’t quite right, so we offer a 14 Day Returns Policy for a full refund (exclusions apply).
