However, if anything doesn’t meet your high expectations of a Liena garment, or if you would like to exchange an item, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund (exclusions apply). For our U.K customers we are pleased to offer a Royal Mail prepaid returns label on request for any items that are not quite right.
THE LIENA RETURNS POLICY
Our 14-day returns policy includes bank holidays and weekends and commences from shipping date. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you would like to exchange any item/s, please return them via the standard returns process and place a new order for a different size or colour as desired. Please ensure you include your Returns Note in your parcel to enable us to find your order and process your return swiftly.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM TO LIENA?
- Please find your Order / Returns Note included with your order.
- Please raise a refund request by entering your order ID into the form on the returns page.
- If you are based in the UK and once your refund has been approved you will be emailed your Royal Mail prepaid returns label.
- Package your garments carefully in their original packaging, enclose your completed Returns Note, affix your Royal Mail prepaid returns label to the outside of your package and return to us. Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached please. Any items that do not meet this requirement are sadly not eligible to be refunded.
- Returns must be posted within the 14 day returns period
- Please note – Your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 working days of receipt of your item/s.
